We are delighted to announce that we have made some strategic changes to our sales team in order to meet increasing demand for Bernstein's products and services across the UK.
Following Paul Sharp's recent appointment as Business Development Manager, Mat Emms has been named Technical Sales Manager for the Midlands/North and Dan Walters has joined Bernstein's Customer Support team.
Managing Director Rob Emms says, "Bernstein is going from strength to strength in the UK as more and more clients are recognising the value added services we offer. Our products have an excellent reputation for quality, and our industry expertise and Custom Service means we are able to work as a partner and solutions provider, rather than a company that purely sells products.
"This all-round capability sets us apart from our competitors and is the reason why Bernstein in the UK was responsible for approximately six per cent of global sales for German parent company Bernstein AG last year. Bernstein AG sells products into more than 70 countries worldwide through a network of subsidiaries, distributors and agents so to be the top performing subsidiary is no mean feat."
Bernstein Ltd has re-organised the sales team so it is now location based rather than product based in recognition of the fact that many customers require solutions that may involve a number of products from different ranges.
Rob continues, "We are firmly committed to providing the best customer service possible. The fact that all members of our sales team are knowledgeable about our entire product range means they are ideally placed to provide the best advice to customers for their specific needs."
